Sinobu and Charged Sinobu:
Complete all the players god mode(complete story mode in ultra hard difficulty)....here's a tip, use a specific player that u want its god mode to be unlocked...than put that player in the first slot when fighting the other 2 is ur best players and in any order....than just complete the story mode....automatically ur specific player god mode will be unlocked....unlocking all the players god mode will unlocked sinobu...
To get Charged Sinobu, just unlocked sinobu god mode.....thats the hard way of cos....in fact when u unlocked sinobu character, u also unlocked charged sinobu only that he will not appear on the screen...here's an easier way...to choose charged sinobu, simply select sinobu and press left....u will choose and empty box with sinobu name on it....THATS THE CHARGED SINOBU.....
